  • compliments!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Evangelina

  • Antoine Forqueray complete work score (including this piece) in the harpsichord version published in 1747 by his son Jean Baptiste Forqueray is available and downloadable for free on the website IMSLP under the heading: Jean Baptiste Forqueray "Pièces de Clavecin"

  • There is an error in the video title. In fact, this piece was composed by Jean Baptiste Forqueray, son of the famous Violist Antoine Forqueray. When he published his father works in 1747, two years after Antoine's death, he completed the five Suites of his father with three pieces of his own.

Though, this arrangement for baroque guitar and theorbo is very fine.

    Bravo.

Bravo.

  • I watched them live in Warsaw and they were magnificent!!! Accurate playing and body language that intrigues. Apart from that they both are good looking which adds to the overall impression.

  • Super!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Absolutely wonderful! Would love to know the maker of her baroque guitar. The sound board looks larger than other baroque guitars.

  • I love you.

  • A familiar piece for viola da gamba. Lovely, lovely sound, fine playing, and a very good arrangement - it works! (And I would not have guessed it would before I'd heard this.) You give it the graceful dance-like movement of a true chaconne. I do have one gentle suggestion to offer, however: Could you work to maintain a more regular tempo and to stay together within it with each other? Ie, ensemble is the only element which needs working on, I feel. Thank you!

  • sounds lovely, great arrangement and interpretation!!!
