YAY! Good to know! I'm so glad this got cleared up and that Naruko's customer service was so forthcoming towards you :) There are quite a few companies who should take Naruko's customer service as an example :)
And thanks for sending in your video as a video response to mine! :D

Thank you! :D I was looking for this information!

@714kellyb they said it in taiwanese "the product does not include paraben" with the word paraben in english.
-
@27vampyr Yeah, there is a lot of that too regrettably. I really agree with your approach to just doing your own research.I don't trust PETA either. Which is so sad. It would be great if such a big organization like that could be sincere. But i think they just go about many things the wrong way.

@714kellyb And if you are talking about the part that is in chinese at the bottom with the word parabens in capitals that is saying that there are no parabens
-
@714kellyb I own MANY products by Naruko and NONE of them have parabens in them.
-
@27vampyr okay can't wait to hear from you about that

i don't know why everyone on youtube talk about naruko being paraben free. I DO see the word paraben underneath the ingredient tho. good review btw
i dont know why people care about not testing products on animals. would you rather have those scientific test the products on your face first to make sure it's "safe" to sale?

@tooswt4love It's quite normal for you to think that, as the vast majority of people don't care. Otherwise, these huge companies like Proctor & Gamble (Covergirl), L'Oreal (Lancome) and Maybelline wouldn't be making millions of dollars. Everyone has different values & beleifs. You have to pick and choose yours. I can write an essay on why I choose this particular one. But I do want to say that it's not so black and white. There's also in vitro testing, which is more accurate than animal testing.

This is great to know. Mascara and moisturizer is never worth an animals life. I love that companies are starting to get on board. There are so many more companies now that are cruelty free then there was say 5 or 6 years ago. it makes me very happy. And i love asian skincare, a lot of Asian brands animal test so this is such good news.

@NecroBelle Yes, there are tons of options now... Lots of companies don't animal test but their parents companies unfortunately do :(

i don't think mac or burt bees are actually really i never new that lol

@christmas9lights MAC is owned by Estee Lauder, who tests on animals "when required by law." This means they test. Burt's Bees is owned by Clorox, who definitely tests. While MAC and Burt's Bees don't animal test themselves, they are owned by parent companys that do test. It's a decision you have to make yourself whether or not you choose to support them.
