So what can we get in place of these anti-biotics, I havea bottle of them sitting on my shelf and decided against taking them, anybody have a solution, I have a minor sinus congestion, nothing else wrong, it responded to a less intense anti-biotic but came back after going off that one and now I didn't research and just went to the store and got this one filled and now after I read all the stuff on the net and see this video and others I have no desire to take it at all, what can i do?

This is true; I know from 1st hand experience, and it's not government incompetence; it is intentional; this is not an accident; the chemists, companies and government know this stuff destroys bodies; the only ones who appear to be under an un-liftable rock are the doctors who prescribe this abominable filth.
