I've seen smaller versions of this a couple of years ago in front of the homeless shelters in Austin when trucks with handouts would arrive. The fattest would be running first, pushing people down and mobbing the staff in the trucks. Some relief organizations actually stopped coming or would have the security guards there. It was animalistic. That's why I advise to keep your prepping and stacking low key in your community. When SHTF that will be some of the S you're going to be dealing with.
