Ok kids, the Insanity Sneak Preview DVD showed up Friday. I couldn't get to it until tonight, and it was hard. If you love P90X Plyometrics, then this is for you! 41 mins of heart pounding cardio. Follow @insanity_report on Twitter!

  • Does your watch tell you how many calories you burned during the workout?

  • @Rideric64 Not the one I had at that time, but the one I have now does. It is a very valuable tool. When you know how many calories you are burning working out, you can adjust your caloric intake accordingly and run a healthy deficit to lose weight, maintain a net zero deficit to stay at the same weight, or add calories to gain much easier.

  • i want this but it cost way too much

  • @tegsandsara09 I guess that depends on how you look at it. Cost is a function of value. For me it is a bargain at $119.99, but I place a lot of value on being able to get great workouts done at home.

  • I actually have all the insanity DVDs and I don't like it too much. I prefer Zumba and RevAbs over Insanity.

  • @magicalangel0 Have not done Zumba. RevAbs is pretty good. Insanity is my absolute favorite. I'm so much more explosive since I started doing it. Big gains in cycling.

  • @thefitclubnetwork hmm ic, awesome!

  • @shatwood The first month the workouts are 40 to 45 mins. In month two they jump up to about 55 mins, and get HARD!!!

  • I finish p90x in four days. Thinking about now moving on to insanity. How long is the average insanity workout? 40 mins? An hour?

    thanks.

  • @danlublock You are probably replacing fat with muscle. That causes the body's weight to stay the same, but your body fat percentage goes down and you shrink. Insanity rules. It is the best cardio workout I've ever had. I'm really into cycling and I've never been stronger/faster than when I started doing Insanity. Contact me or check out our website for more details.
