The new PIC18F87J90 LCD device family is the first in the industry to offer integrated Charge Time measurement Unit (CTMU) and Real Time Clock Calendar (RTCC).

PIC18F87J90 family offers program memory up to 128KB and 4KB RAM to meet more complex design requirements.
