How badly do you wish you were at this party? Amazing footage from a 1983 jam in the Bronx with brief cameos by DJ Red Alert, Afrika Bambaataa, Jazzy Jay, Cold Crush Brothers and more. This is one of the bonus videos on the Graffiti Rock DVD by Michael Holman.

  • Red Alert in the building!

  • okay who's has the actual live footage of this??? this is like an edited overdub version inwhich i've seen too many times in several other documentaries! wheres the original live show of this!!!

  • I swear to God, I teared up a little just now, having watched this vid for the very first time. This is seriously the best, coolest, freshest, greatest thing that my eyes have beheld in many years. This bygone scene, was probably the best youth scene that ever existed IMHO. If you look at this footage, this music, this scene, these types of people, this dancing, this amount of fun, this level of STYLE, and you say "THIS is what Hip-Hop IS" ... then you have to say that Hip-Hop died many yrs ago
