left thumbs stick is directional buttons ( arrows) and the stunt modifier is left shift button :) hope i helped

I suggest you try Enhanced Physics, or Sim Physics.
You need to run the MXvsATV 1.0 exe, not the patched 1.01.exe to run Enhanced Physics or Sim Physics
