i got a question, my beef stew, that part when u cook the beef, it always get watery, should i drain some or should i leave it?

just ccok it until it turns brown. Leave whatever liquid is there. Most times when it is good and brown the juice is gone.

I just got my wisdom teeth pulled out 2 days ago and I'm telling u, watching this, the first thing I'm gonna eat once this heals is beef stew with some rice. I'm asian-Canadian, everything is eaten wit rice.
