@MarvelroxDCsux The simple answer to all of your questions...The same way they did in 1963. The slightly less simple answer, three tubes, one in side the other inside the other, that are threaded so that you turn a handle inside the Dalek and it acts like a screw, extending or compressing the plunger arm. As for the eye, there's a slot in the dome with a sort of hinge/pivot so you can move it up and down...and you see through the black bit under the dome. For more info visit dalekcity.co.uk :)
