Drugstore Makeup Tutorial: Charcoal Smokes

Hey BeautyAddicts!
This is just a really cute makeup tutorial using all drugstore items except my UDPP, and clinique bronzer. If you dont have Urban decay primer potion, you can use concelear, foundation, a cream eyeshadow, or a paint pot. And if you don't have the clinique bronzer, you can just pick up any bronzer at the drugstore to give you that sunkissed glow! You can wear this at parties, at night and espically tonight, Which is New Years Eve!
