This is the third Sunday in a row that I have been speaking to JWs - on this occasion nobody visited me - they rarely hang around when they find someone who actually knows something about the Bible - but some things were left unsaid before which needed to be said.

I still haven't said two things - one is the two past major false prophesies about the end of the world made by Watchtower, after each of which they did a reconstruction of what they meant, but the Bible is clear on what should be done with a person who has proven themselves a false prophet.

The second is that you can simply tell that JWs are not right with God just by listening to the way they sing in Kingdom Halls. I went to a Kingdom Hall once and was absolutely underwhelmed by the lacklustre music. They have no assurance and that's why they cannot sing to God properly.

I don't want to make out that good Church music is a perfect clue to spiritual standing - after all, Mormons have some great choirs and they are off the planet theologically. However, it just seems to me that there's something clonish and lacklustre about JWs generally, and it comes out in their service and their worship. From the "pioneer shuffle" and the filling in of timesheets, through to their timid singing, everything in their religion just comes across as one big chore, done under fear of disfellowshipping and shunning. When a JW is shunned, that's pretty much it for their marriage and family. They are made a pariah. Most people cannot deal with this social death any better than they could handle real death - indeed often the ex-JWs do get suicidal. They are simply trapped in this system, and they cannot get out.

Far from Peter the elder's claim that Watchtower people have a great reputation, the most famous JWs in the world include such dubious types as the artist formerly known as Prince, Michael Jackson, Gerri Halliwell and numerous others who don't exactly shine forth as salt and light in this world, that's for sure.

The slaves of this demonic cult need prayer to have the strength to leave, to know that Christ will recompense them many times over for every one they lose. If they only turn their back on their prideful works and seek salvation from the sufficient Savior, who is able and willing to save them to the uttermost who put their trust in Him.

Discussion of these films has kicked off at a healthy rate, and nobody is being censored. We try, time permitting, to answer questions, but unlike some we do not censor them. The reaction to this film is therefore a real reflection of what YouTubers visiting the channel think. However, for those who wish to engage in a more meaningful discussion where comments are properly threaded and there is no character limit, I welcome commentary to the repost of these films on Wordpress at

  • I will be back to watch this tomorrow. Very good series.

  • @inspirediam You'll be very welcome. I hope you will check out my other videos - there are now just over 1200 of them. They don't always talk about spiritual matters. The spiritual content may be only about 10%, but hopefully a helpful 10%. It is also a good level to introduce those who are less interest in that specific area to some of those ideas without putting them off entirely, as there are many who will simply not watch a channel which is exclusively dealing with religious issues.

  • I see EternalDucks has removed without further explanation a whole series of his comments. I hope this means he repents of his unloving attitude in what he was saying to one Christian who was trying to help him.

  • I am very pleased to have stumbled upon your channel. I do not claim to know "the truth", but I do claim to not know all and I have faith...I know that what I feel to be true...feel...cannot be expressed via words...and that I work on focusing on self...what it is that I am doing, which is not easy mind you. LOL To not feel the need to save self, is freedom, faith, salvation is here now.

  • Yes!! NWO, that was the connection I made while I was taking a couple theology courses. I did research above and beyond my studies and I was amazed at the conncections I made. The religion is a front, and so are all of them, for that matter. A bit of truth in everything...including the new age...tons of distractions to keep the ego busy and keep human beings from looking within..which is not about works or traditions, very personal...not about judging one another and so forth.

  • Sacred Geometry...

  • Your son so gets it, the beauty of it all...oh, through the eyes of children...my daughter is quite the bugger too. lol The blood issue is something that I think goes much deeper, when you consider the memorial tradition they have...which is really symbolic of rejecting the Christ.

  • Gratitude...yes...to have gratitude....so key...

  • The kingdom is from within...Jesus (God) was indeed a perfect example of this concept, a concept that human beings have a very hard time grasping; thus, the reason for organizations and a myriad of religions...works, which are ego based...the relationship with our creator is a personal journey, sorry to sound so cliche. Words cannot explain the essence of what I am attempting to express.
