Motorist Beaten by NYPD Cops !

Cop pulls black motorist out of his car because he did not like the way the motorist asked him a question. This is becoming a regular practice for NYPD cops to beat up black and Latino motorist that are not scared or intimidated by them. The same thing almost happened to me when I asked a cop a question after I was free to leave and he told me to go home, I would have been beaten up and jailed just like the motorist in this video for questioning an unjust request. correct, no one should live in fear... but there needs to be a balance.. if a citizen uses force, why is a cop not allowed to use equal force? if someone tries to kill a cop, why is it wrong for a cop to protect his own life, if it does mean using deadly force? most of the cop bashing on youtube shows an officer using force when someone resists and uses force back...

The police in this video were never in any danger from the motorist so the examples you are making appear to be distraction to me and non related to this video. I believe every good human being has a right to defend themselves against harm no matter who the attacker may be. Lets not ignore our own eyes and make up scenarios that are not happening here to make this man look like he deserved what happened to him. How would you like it if you were pulled from your car and taken down for a question?

There's even been videos on the news of police beating innocent people after they pulled them over or stopped them on the street.

@2442jake well that may be true were you live but not here in TN cops in TN are well known for brutality many times my friends and myself have been stopped and jerked out of the car and got the hell beat out of us.to be a TN cop all you need is a 3grd.education divorced from your sister and be a standing member of the KKK that's all it takes and walking tall movies didn't make it any better down here the movie tells how TN cops really are they just got voted #1 state for police corruption
