  • IH 300 ,good tractor ,as I have the same model I love it,if it an't red its dead,just kidding I have a John Deere also,But I like my IH just as much maybe a little more.Your 300 runs pretty good,my ta wooks good to.

  • Thanks!! I'm partial to Farmalls myself.

    I had my TA rebuilt in '07 as it was starting to act up. I also had rear axles seals that were leaking, so I thought I'd get it all squared away at the same time.

    Previous to the 300 I'd a '39 H Model. Nearly the same beast, but without the live PTO and live hydraulics. Both are definately nice features. With the addition of the 3 point she's become a very useful tool to have around.

  • I was expecing something more dramatic. first gear with the torque amplifier you shoudl have been able to tear the whole thing down. get mor chain next time. and let off the clutch your throwout bering will thank you
