That's an American Expedition Snorkel....
I see similar snorkels (not AE) on ebay for $70... I can't speak for the sellers or the type or model of snorkel... but maybe that could be some of the parts needed for making your own?
Anyway, I'll post the pictures of my install, and don't forget to take pics if you make your own dude. : )

Awesome Video Dude. How much was the Snorkel? Im thinking of buying one but I am also considering make my own.

The Snorkel was about $500 here in Canada. I did the install myself. I did look at some of examples of making your own. I saw some good ones and they don't cost much because they are just pvc pipe.
But I don't have a garage to work in and I wanted it before spring so I just bought the AE Snorkel and installed myself. The install took about two hours
I would for sure try to make my own. I would make sure it was and stayed airtight!
