On Saturday 27 March, 2010, "The Railway Touring Company" ran "The Palatine" from London Euston to Manchester Piccadilly, hauled by A4 Pacific, 60019 Bittern. Running steam trains on the west coast main line is not a frequent event and much of the journey was filmed by helicopter. There were people viewing Bittern in large numbers at vantage points. This film is made up of video and still photos starting at Milton Keynes Central station.
A cracker of a video! ... Well done.

Excellent video, I use a Mac for editing my videos that I record on my Nokia 5800 phone. Some excellent transitions between shots and I like the selection of stills. It was a nice touch to include Mel Thorleys back garden collection of railwayana! 5 stars.
