  • Minnesota here...and my 1850's house when we demolitioned parts of the house we found the old plaster contained horse hair embedded in it...apparently it was the only thing at the time to hold the "mud" together....funny huh?

  • I find they are just to brittle after they are used in a chimny sometimes i use them for lineings around gardens and yes i did put in some things like a letter showing the price of bread oil etc
