KNITE - Trust Me

Hello everyone! This is StarGazer777 coming to you now as StarGazerx777. There's only a minor difference in my name to help people find me better. My old YouTube account was taken down, so I made a new one. I will be uploading videos scarcely, however, so please be patient with me until I can get my own website up and going. I will then host my videos there and link it to my youtube channel here.

But getting down to business, this video is one I made for Yuumei, an artist on deviantART with amazing talent who I have been following for a while now. She is in the process of making a webcomic right now entitled "Knite", and it is an amazing story with brilliant illustrations done by the artist herself. After reading the comics, I asked Yuumei if I could make an AMV using the pictures from her webcomics, and she agreed. So, here we are! :) I was greatly honored that she allowed me to make this video, and actually I was having so much fun I ended up making two instead. This is the first one I made.

The song was chosen because I felt it depicted Sen's (the main character's) feelings towards other people, as well as the relationship between Sen and Kai. Sen doesn't trust other people, even the ones who think of him as a good friend, and won't let anyone in and will rarely ask for (or accept) anyone's help. Sen has these big aspirations of trying to put the stars back in the sky (figuratively/metaphorically/somewhat literally speaking) and his reasons for doing so have recently come into question. Maybe he himself isn't sure of the reason why he does it, but maybe "when he's older he will understand" (a modified line from the song).
