Nice dog.
I'll cut a video specially for you. You have a common problem and I should do a video on it.
Your target is too low and over your butt instead of over your back. Raise the target and put it over the middle of your back and it should work.
Also, I'd do some treat training of a back stall, as your dog is not as committed on the bite as is necessary to get this with toys alone.
I'll go get cleaned up and get something together today or tomorrow.
