This episode terrified me... Yet enthralled me. It was done so brilliantly in every way. To watch one a character you have really gotten to know and like, go through that traumatic experience... It's almost like you're going through it with him.
Wonderful video. :)

I had stopped watching this show during the 2nd season of it's original run. Then I randomly caught this episode one day & it was just disturbing. Disturbing & claustrophobic. Excellent episode

of all the tv shows, of all the movies i've ever watched, 6 feet under gave by far the best portrayal of the after effects of trauma. usually tv/movies either have characters who R totally unaffected by traumatic events, or the impact is portrayed in a 1 dimensional way (crying hysterically in the fetal position). i was abused (physically, sexually, psychologically) as a kid & as an adult read many books on trauma. 6FU was the 1st time i saw trauma's impact portrayed w complexity & accuracy.

If only David had some Dexter in him. He would have m99'd his ass and put him on the kill table.

Michael C. Hall is the most brilliant actor. This episode terrified me, and I really felt his fear and emotional turmoil. There's no show that's comparable to Six Feet Under. The entire cast was amazing and Alan Ball created a show that will live on with fans forever.

Mike weston was great in that episode as jake. The episode was so shocking that I had to watch the next one to get over the shock.
Amazing video. I love Six Feet Under and I love Philip Glass. The That's-my-dog is such a terrifying one, and watching David suffering afterwards was pretty hard for me.
I loved this video, though. Very well done.

Thanks for the review ^^ Philip Glass is really the best classical modern compositor ;-)

I agree! Have you seen 'The Hours'? Glass composed the soundtrack and it's just perfect. I could listen to it for hours and hours and hours.

Of course I saw The Hours, it's my favorite movie ! ^^ And I'm also fan of Michael Cunningham, the author of the novel on which this film is adaptated... And this is the film which made me know Philip Glass ;-) 'The Hours' let me discover many things, actually. ^__^
