Lovin' the sounds of Bougainville. The latest blog post by Oxfam's Charles Bennett describes a bamboo band performance on the day of the inauguration of the new President of the Autonomous Region of Bougainville. Search for Charles Bennett Bougainville and you'll find it on the NZ TV3 News website.
