3 groups of 5... 3 stations (8 mins @ each station) with 2 exercises at each station (one stationary exercise and one exercise covering ground at each).. station 1: tire-sled + 40 rope undulations.. station 2: slosh-pipe walking lunges + 10-20 alternating slege hammer slams.. station 3: 15-20 TRX squat jumps + aligator walk.. group plyos at the end
