here are Instructions.
1.Download and add HMS1233311 into SRB2JTE(NOTE:I can no longer provide it, my computer crashed and I lost the file, sorry.)
2.use objectplace to get all emeralds and rings
3.go into splitscreen by going to console and say "splitscreen 1"
4.go to console and say "skin HMS123311"
5.Now say "skin Sonic"
6.Exit split screen by saying this in console "splitscreen 0"
7.look at your Hypersonic lookalike!
8.keep watching for more "howto videos" by me!

@TheCrayonboxStudios Press "CONSOLE" to open the cheat menu, type in "OBJECTPLACE ON", press/hold "FORWARD", "BACKWARD", "LEFT" or "RIGHT" to move, "TOSS RING" to place, "JUMP to float up, "SPIN" to float down, "TURN CAMERA LEFT" to speed backwards through items or "TURN CAMERA RIGHT" to go oone item forward. Type "OBJECTPLACE OFF" in cheat menu to play. It count's as a modified game! NO secrets unlocked with that!

@TheCrayonboxStudios This was version 1094. JTE is no longer supported.for 2.X that is.To place objects you select the object with "O" and "P" and can place them by left clicking.
