This isn´t a Diesel anymore... Now there is a 1.8T (20V Turbo with 1,3 bar) in there. Many Parts i have exchanged (now: Audi S3 Brake in front, Golf IV R32 Brake rear, Rallye Golf Front, König K5000 Seats an many many more Parts)... A new vid. is in work... ;)

Yeah that's a real killer car
I think you did some modifications like:
Front mount intercooler oder LLK(maybe benz IC)
Boost pressure
Boostpin
Smoke screw
Exhaustsystem from beginning to end
Am i right? haha soon i'm gonna by a VW Golf 2 1.6 TD 70bhp Motorcode JR and put it through all these mods and end up with like 110bhp inshallah

Yes, your right... All these points i have changed. ;-)
This was an 80bhp SB-engine. They have the smaller T2 Turbo. The JR with 70bhp has a bigger T3 Turbo, in my opinion its to big and the beginning of boost pressure is to late. And the T2 turbo is watercooled, the T3 isnt.

PS: last year i changed the engine. Now a 20V Turbo is working in there. ;-)

mit 1,2bar geb ich dem wenns hoch kommt noch 5000km, dann kannste den motor wegschmeissen ;-)

Naja ein Glück bin ich über 100.000km mit 1.2 bar gefahren. ;) Und der Motor hatte zum Schluss 370.000km runter. Ölverbrauch lag bei 1.0 Liter auf 12.500km...
