I watched this fourteen times and memorized this technique. I then went to one of many scum infested gang neighborhoods in Winnipeg and slapped the first gangster i saw. The begining of the technique worked fine but i nearly broke my fingers on the strike partially due to the fact I missed his neck and hit his nostrel and more to the fact my fingers aren't strong enough for this. I ended up having to just shoot the bastard.

do they actually teach students this? lets break it down.

1. her "punch" doesnt even reach his face

2. she drops her other hand, almost behind her back

3. she doesnt recoil her punch

4. he drops his rear hand, and takes it AWAY from the attacker

5. apparently attacks come in combinations of one

6. chin down?

7. their stance is gay anyway, that front leg is gonna get kicked or grappled

8. dude should stay in the projects and just by a pistol

@jillybean180 Where does it say that the UFC does not allow ninjitsu, proof please? I can see not allowing attacks to the eyes, throat, and other sensitive areas, but where is this list of martial arts not allowed?

theres a few martial arts which arnt allowed in the ufc including ninjutsu, muay boran and a few others because of they can be very deadly, this guy only teaches basic self-defence so people don't go around murdering people so stop bitching about how this stuff wouldnt work in the ufc
