  • @AKKUPATI Rommel would have made his own German Rich. Rommel never really understood the Nazi ideology. He never deserved the evil nazi flag on his dead body. He knew how to take care of war prisoners. Even if the prisoners were Jews, muslim, or anything else.

He also did battles in the desert, where no towns or civilians were. In every battle there was a pause to take care of the wounded soldier. It's painful that he didn't fled to Great Britain with his family..

  • Hypocrite Nazis! First they forced him to suicide, and then they added the Nazi flag on his dead body!

  • @Solarian2495 Yeah, Its ashame :'(

  • He wasnt a suck up to any party, he was simply a good military man, and a loyal german. And it wasnt his own skin he was trying to save, Rommel wasnt killed for being a part of the july 20 plot, he was killed for attempting to surrender his forces knowing it would save their lives. Rommel deserves respect as a man with great military talent, and for trying to help save the lives of his people.

  • He never even played that large a role in the conspiracy, and he only reluctantly agreed to do so because he was aware the Germans were losing the war. Before 1944 Rommel was always a lackey and suck up to the Nazi Party - this is a known fact. Yes, he should be recognized and respected for his military accomplishments but it's crazy that so many people consider him some kind of hero who stood up against the Party when all along he was just trying to save his own skin.

  • If Rommel would have been the Fuehrer the Nazi germany couldnt have been defeated.

  • General Rommel wasn't even a member of the NAZI party; Making Rommel the head of the military was the only right thing Hitler did.

  • HEIL ROMMEL NOT HITLER!
