Nationwide, we need to go back to paper ballots.  Sometimes too much technology can be a bad thing....

People who seriously think there are real differences between republicans and democrats need to look beyond party labels and stated ideology: they two major parties are like Coke and Pepsi...both sell carbonated fluid with sweetener and coloring, other than the can not significantly different. The two parties in power do everything in their power to keep independent candidates from being taken seriously. They don't think of us as "constituents" they think of us as "taxpayers."

Would putting your name on the ballat solve the problem? And publish the results with the names, so when people see their names on a person they didn't vote for, that would be an issue. Honesty and transparency.

I see it is claimed that these companies are making these machines "MORE SECURE." Really? As long as the skills of hackers keeps up with technology... these things will NEVER be safe. Also.. look at the Android phones lately which many had Carrier IQ in them to track people. If all this was OK'd by the various phone carriers... then it is quite easy to believe that the government or others in power can manipulate these machines without anyone's knowledge.

I have supposed this for many years. And I saw a video of Bush & his brother Jeb on a plane before Bush's re-election & when asked Bush if he thought he was going to win, he looked at his brother Jeb & they both laughed at the same time & He turned back at the interviewer & said, "I KNOW I'm gonna win", but it did not look like a look of confidence but one of the cat who swallowed the canary. I said to myself then it was all rigged.

just look at romney videos 60-95% thumbs down. and ron Paul 80-99 Thumbs up. that right there says people on Pauls side, yet romney is winning. this is shady! bring Paper ballots back and count them by hand!!!

THIS MAKES MY BLOOD BOIL !! We need to go back to paper ballots and count them by hand. We need to take our country back soon because if we don't we won't have a "free" country to call home. Once freedom is lost it is almost impossible to regain.
