Sorry, but you can't play as her in any official releases of the game. I made this mod (yes, I made the whole thing) for use with the PC version of the game. Altering the items file in the game is complicated, since not everyone uses the same mods at the same time, but I did make a special item for dust that I called Sand Grain which added more bleed damage to the attacks.
