u should keep certain speed cuz when u ride too slow u lose balance, also u gotta get familiar w/ the clutch, realizing where is the friction zone, try to use the throttle gently. i want sure what bike u ride but i ride monster, i usually shift gear up to 2nd gear right aft start then use 2nd gear complete the test, personally i think it's more easy to control.

I have viewed several of these. What I am looking for is HOW it is done. I can't find any instructions on HOW to do it...is faster easier? Must you always use the friction zone? If I don't use my clutch, my bikes goes slowly w/o using the friction zone. I'm having difficulty doing double U turns and figure 8's especially. I think my practice would be more useful if I had more knowledge of HOW this is done...HELP! Watching these guys do it just is not helpful.
