Haha I would love to see Joe blow put that kill a watt on the watt setting and see it doesn't change. I have been in the electric buisness for years before going to electronics engineering and know that it's a scam. It DOES reduce power don't get me wrong, but it's not the power you are billed for because your electric company corrects your power factor for you at substations. Not the costumer.
