I honestly like Puerto Ricos dress from the front!  She chose that dress.... If she would have had a smaller bow or no bow at all.....her dress would have accentuated her more! She wanted something classic but edgy at the sametime! I do not think her dress was the worst...lol! I mean Jamaica is a very hot....beautiful girl but her dress was awful!
