  • Hi,

It is a little bit different from what I learned from my father-in-law (Diep Luong) in Vietnam. Thanks for showing.

    Regards,

    Nga

  • Very good performance. Nice stable transitionary stances in spite of the speed required, good hand speed and focus! Good work!

  • cool preformance but where is the power .. the jing . u are very good skilled but u musst train more to use your skills

  • Hi meanliar:

Yes what sifu taught in macau, Vietamn and Hong Kong had a little bit different.

    That's OK my friend.

    Alex

  • He's referring to the stab to the inner thigh lymph nodes after the first Mantis Catches Cicada. There's other stuff too, like the initial stab coming in low instead of straight and high, doing a TiuPoSau instead of a Bung after the first elbow (bringing the attack from the side instead of overtop), no hammerfist before the arm drag, no chop after the pok-step following the arm drag...

SiGung taught for a LONG time - there are lots of variations out there.

  • Since you said this Mantis comes from Chiao Tsu Kai, so I have to say that.
