  • Very great loss how or what caused his passing.

  • Bill's star still shines on. Best wishes to all taking part in today's memorial seminar.

  • Rest in peace Sensei Coyle.Your wise words live on,on the internet forum Martial Arts Planet. Those of us there who had the luck to interact with you hold your wisdom in high regard.

  • This amazing, inspiring gentleman who brought greatness to all who met him is so so dearly and heartbreakingly missed by all who knew him and especially myself his beloved baby daughter Lainybird (Lainy) and his other 3 children Billy, Anne Marie and George. God night, god bless, love u always and forever Dad :( xxxx

  • Truely, a sad loss. Go in Peace Sensei Coyle

  • Billy Coyle, lived, worked and taught in the Possilpark area of Glasgow for many years. I remember him well, he ran the local youth club, a total gentleman, a great artist and did alot for the youth of possil., one of the toughest and most deprived areas in Glasgow. A true warrior.

  • awesome stuff, always a great mentor on the message boards as well.

  • Billy is real aikidoka and a great teacher with over 50yrs constant training.

I know as i trained with him for 10yrs and he is genuine guy both in and out of the Dojo.
