Apart form Customer First, employee second! Oops! Employee first and Customer first....I wonder on what points did Hewitt confer the No. 1 Employer Award....not only do i wonder but also want to know the points that were considered.....

Although it sounds great "employee first & customer second" and i also believe in the concept that the real assets in any organisations are the employees. However, in business terms you can't really build the assets without having profits generated through customers, so i disagree with the phrase.
