Golden Sun: TLA Walkthrough: Part 1 - Password Transfer

So I've decided to follow up to my first Golden Sun walkthrough by creating a guide of the second installment of the series. I'm priviliged to play this game as well as share with you how to execute certain situations in the game. Please sit back and enjoy my presentation of Golden Sun: The Lost Age!

The first video is usually one of the most boring. Therefore, I attempted to add some excitement with a little of ES Posthumus' music. It's fantastic by the way. So in this episode I show you how to get and transfer the password from Golden Sun to Golden Sun: The Lost Age. It's pretty simple, really. The only hard part is the tedious amount of time it takes to enter the stupid thing. It took me a whole 15 minutes! Anyway, that's all for this segment, along with some stats from my previous walkthrough. A quick note on entering the password: use the L and R buttons to shuttle through the list. This makes editing mistakes fast and easy!

To access the password, press and hold R and Left (on the D pad) while on the main TITLE SCREEN of the FIRST game, Golden Sun. While holding those buttons, press Start and you'll unlock the Send option. Use this to either obtain your password or use the cable link method. If you have two GBAs and a link cable, use this option as it's much quicker. You can always update your GS1 transfered file, perhaps if you want to use a different password. Simply use the Update option on the main screen in TLA and select a saved file to update. As long as you have not yet met up with Isaac, this option is always available for your convenience.

To rename multiple characters, simply press Select three (3) times while renaming Felix. You should hear a ding and then be able to rename the others.

@0ooGH3 Well as long as you haven't joined Isaac yet you can always update your file. The only problem is that you would have to get all 28 djinn from the first game, so you might have to replay the first game. Kinda lame I know :/ and yes I used an emulator.

@zipdog12 when I did the data transfer with the gold code, the GS cast appeared with 6 djinns each, not 7 seven, does that mean I cant do dullahan quest, vecause I watched your vid and it had different settings in data tranfer that my game didnt have, btw are u using emulator?
