When I go to buy beer, the store might ask to see ID. Are they accusing me of Fraud? Does this militate against innocent-till-proven-guilty? How about when I go to purchase a driver's license? Get married? Purchase real estate?

IT WAS brought up before the electoral college vote,,but Obama and his lawyers were keeping the requests to see his documentation at bay.,, also,as you know before he was sworn in he had secret meetings with all of the members of the SCOTUS. He refused (once again keeping secrets from us) to tell the people of the USA what the meetings were about. ,,by the way Hawaii stated that his birth certificate was real,,BUT DID NOT SAY UNDER ANY SORT OF SWORN TESTIMONY WHERE ITCERTIFICATE WAS FROM, DUH?

there is no documentation that this issue was debated before the ratification of the electoral college, if you have documentation please present it.

fortunately a candidate can't use lawyers "to keep requests at bay" if just one senator or congressmen had expressed doubt regarding president obamas citizenship, the entire process would have been stopped to validated or invalidate the accusing senator or congress persons claim.

Exactly, SEE. This was McCain's last grab at the Presidency, the thing he wanted most in life according to his autobiography. He knew he had no chance in 2012. If there was even an inkling that this might be true, he would have had his people and resources out there trying to find proof. Talk about your October Surprise. Even w/out proof, if he thought there was anything to it, he would have had his people use it to discredit Obama. But he didn't. That says a lot.

Volunteer, you can't even get your arguments right. Obama's father was from Kenya; his stepfather was from Indonesia. Neither of which disqualify him from the Presidency. By being born in Hawaii, he is a natural born citizen of the US by the right of jus soli, granted by the 14th Amendment. Stop parroting the hate speech and learn the truth.

@SlackerSlayer She is not a dingbat, she may not be experienced enough to be president, but would be fine enough for VP at this point. She's star power. I agree Obama was born in Kenya or Indonesia, but how does it NOT make sense, that if he knows he's not eligible to be President,+his birth certificate would demonstrate this, he would HIDE these documents or seal them away so no 1could access them? He's spent OVER 1 mil.
