  • It seems to me there should be something we could put on the middle (third) finger to keep it from getting chewed up by the point of the needle... this is my biggest problem! Someone should make a very light (plastic?), almost see-through finger-glove that would prevent the needle from damaging the skin, but not be so thick that would feel like a thimbal. Know of any such thing? I havent some across anything like it ... what might it be called so I can search the Net?

  • @SweetOrange54 ive seen leather stick-on thimble guards (at gingers needleworks) - they are like little circular leather bandaids to protect your underneath finger and I've also seen plastic thimble guards at hancocks, but those feel awkward to me
