Maxie & Matt 1-15-09

Matt stops by Crimson to see Maxie and ask her on a date. She says she's not interested, but when he asks if it's because she's into Spinelli, she denies that they're anything more than friends. When Spinelli stop by later, Matt relays this response to him.

I love that Kirsten & Jason on the same soap again! They were my favorite on dool. I actually stopped watching it when they left .... than I moved to GH cause she was on it. I did watch it before her but off and on. If they have her cheat on Spin it probably will be with Johnny before Matt cause they probably dont want to blur that line between GH and Dool. But I could be wrong ...

Spinelli and Maxie have a really nice FRIENDSHIP.. but it gets so boring after awhile... episode after episode they repeat the same thing all over again.

Matt says those things to Maxie because he wants to get under her skin..he likes getting her all flustered and she admitted herself that she likes it.

There are alot if ppl in PC that say things about Spinelli but because Matt is interested in Maxie its 10x worse...

LoL, so will I. It's getting kinda depressing, cos they've built Maxie up so much last yr which was great, and Spinelli's a BIG part of that. I'm worried they're gonna break her down this yr and end the potential relationship, and friendship Spixie has, and make Maxie a bad girl again, and end everything good she has built up with everyone the last yr, which will really suck. Honestly I don't see any positivity Matt will add to her life. Just my opinion...

I know right!!! There's a huge difference and plus, I like what I see with Matt & Maxie as more than friends..the same way I prefer Spixie's friendship over whatever it is they are now (friends with benefits + one-sided sex).

It's about time we see a guy actually asking a girl out on a date on a soap. I loved the banter back and forth between Matt and Maxie. I have to say my favorite line was "but I was pulling her pigtails." hahaah
