Fuck! I'd do it! I am a native here in Baltimore. Where is this place located? We can meet sometime in the summer! Fuck the rules! the Park personnel should get a life and allow people to swim here. WATER IS WATER. Hell! I went swimming one time in the baltimore inner harbor behind world trade center; IT WAS AWESOME AND KEWL!

yea i get what your saying. i think technically swimming is prohibited there but so many people swim there that i dont think the people who run the park care so much anymore. and your right, this offers the youtube community no value whatsoever but neither does half the other crap you see here. it was all just in fun.

Not a hate comment... just trying to figure out what was being documented and why I wasted 10 minutes LOL.. I used to go tubing on the rapids at Marriotsville when I lived there years ago and the only place off limits was the big pool of water below it. Not sure if that's off limits now or what but it was kick ass.

well i was recording most of the time. i think they had other dry clothes to change into when they were done swimming. and if they didnt, they are stupid, not me :)
