How Cape Air Trains Its Pilots

any know if the ATR FO positions are senior or do you have to do single pilot ops before getting a spot in the right seat on the ATR?

Hawksfan had a good suggestion, I also suggest you start looking into a flight club soon. Go up for an introductory lesson. I would think most instructors in the new england area would have a good idea of what cape air wants. You should also look for a job at an airport, I'm not sure if you can at 16 but it doesn't hurt to try.

question, i'm just 15 and i'm starting to get an interest in flying, what would you suggest would be a good way to start educating myself? Perhaps x-plane 9? i'm open for suggestions
