Unless you are not bending your elbow's as much, how would decline be better for your Triceps?
A Decline Bench with a pronated grip on the bar works mostly Serratus Anterior. If you have ever been stuck at the bottom of a lift on flat bench (we all have) unless the weight is too heavy, the main reason why is weak Serratus Anterior.

Thanks. Point is, in decline bench my triceps works better, so I believe it helps my bench in meet..
