I was surprised and disappointed to see the disregard with which so many airport employees permitted themselves such close proximity to the arrival of an aircraft at the gate. I guess each one of them is contracted to abide by occupational safety and health regulations which would NOT permit such behaviour, irrespective of the arrival of a new/large aircraft! The wind conditions suggested its possible any one of them could have been blown over/tripped and rolled towards those huge engines!

Europe? United States? In another 20 to 30 years the CHINESE will be building their own aircraft and then you can both complain. The A-380, B-747 and the 787 will all serve a different sort of market and routes. I am no expert but me thinks Airbus will make more money off the A-350 than they ever will on this beast 380. I am surprised Boeing is not getting more orders for the new 747? I think the new United has or will buy some. Some pilot seem to prefer Boeing and some Airbus...I dunno?

@luisgustavo78 That is true Boeing helped out Airbus with the Airbus 380s and Airbus help out Boeing with the Boeing 747-800 I work for Boeing and work for United and Continental Airlines Boeing is an American Company but Airbus and Boeing is making a new plane and it is going to be mix with a 747 and the A380 the body is going to be and A380 and the wings and the Engine is going to be made by Boeing. It is going to cost alot of money but only 5 airlines we are planing is going to buy them
