400 is a straight run, 300 shuttle is a lot of stopping and starting, its harder than running 400 straight

Jose Lopez is in terrible shape.

A shuttle run requires a change in direction so it would be expected to take longer than a 300 yard straight sprint.

MAN these guys are pros and their dead after 300 yards. I can do the 400 meter in track in under a minnute and they got 50 seconds at 300 yards ROTFL.
