CITY OF GLASS - MEMENTO (completed song naming contest!)

UPDATE: CONTEST WINNER DECLARED!!!




So after much pondering and some argument the song title is... MEMENTO!




Well, without the exclamation mark. Our reasoning? The song is all about looking back and reminders of our past and we felt that "Memento" was a direct yet not completely obvious explanation of that. So who is our winner? Well, because Carole Yue first brought up the similarly titled movie and Andrew Aikenhead submitted it as his entry we're going to give them both the prize, thanks guys!

We've been playing this song live for a bit now and have yet to come up with a name for it, so we thought it might be fun to let everyone else have a crack at it! We threw a mic and a camera up at rehearsal and recorded the song which we currently refer to as "Idea 60." Lyrics are below if that helps!

Contest starts today and ends at the end of August (just over two weeks) and the winner will get a disc, a shirt, some extra little prizes, a mention on the next album if this song makes it on, a copy of that album, and four hugs and a round of high fives from the band. And pride, lots of pride.
