"Comfortably Numb" released on the album "The Wall" in 1979, was written by David Gilmour and Roger Waters. David's guitar solo was voted number 4 of all time by Guitar World magazine readers.

In this version from Remember That Night David Bowie is featured and David Gilmour is playing his Black Strat using the famous guitar strap that belonged to Jimi Hendrix.

This is the best version of Comfortably Numb that I have heard. David Bowies vocal is so bleak and contrasts with the warmth of David Gilmores voice which suits the nature of the song, and of course theres the majestic guitar playing.
