Beautiful job! But what about people like me? I make SUPER moist, melt in your mouth, stick to your roof of your mouth cakes.

Wouldnt my cake go kerplunk? lol. I'd have to make it dry as cardboard, right?
The look is nice, but what about the taste?

Nope. I make very moist muds and as long as you carve them when half frozen and use proper dowelling for support when stacking (with supporting plates) it's absolutely fine. Looks great AND tastes fantastic.. :)

Wouldn't putting icing between cakes make them stick together making it harder to take apart when cutting? I made my first fondant double layer cake recently and was very upset at how the layers stuck together when we tried to take it apart to cut. Very beautiful work. I shall try the topsy turvy. Very helpful video

Hello I am called Celia, am Spanish and I have been charmed with the tart that you have done. I have seen more videoes of these tarts and I would like to be able to do it in my house. I ask them that if podréan to put all the ingredients that habeis used to make myself the tart stepwise and especially it would like to know does to the cap that you throw(add) above in order that it(he) remains perfect. I hope that you could help me. A greeting.

Did you chill the cake before you added the top layers? I mean the icing looks hard enough?
