The "boyfriend" concept is extremely new, like, 60 years ago dating the way people do, was not even conceivable... This is the 1st time in history that people date so easily and so fast and without their parents checking who's seeing their child. That was an awesome video, I agree with everything you said. I am more stable emotionally too.

this advice is actually good for both sexes. as a man I know men can get caught up in the concept of having a girlfriend too because of insecurity reasons...based on the comments I think the general message is that everyone should slow down in relationships. we're all so preoccupied with locking someone down. you can't lock no one down, if they're with you then they're with you for as long as that is, if that leads down the aisle then so be it.

I think the "boyfriend" and "girlfriend" thing is a stupid game. It is rushed and overly commited. Its like you only knew someone for 3 days and your already going out. You should be friends for like six or seven months and then start dating. If your going to have a boyfriend or girlfriend you should have to full intenion of getting married. Not playing games and going from one boyfriend to the next just for fun and all that gushy bullcrap romance. thats what i think about it.
