Maparam Double Ocarina Review

This is a quick review of my Maparam Double Ocarina that I've had for a week now.

I wish that I had somewhere better to record, as my room has bad acoustics. The ocarina wasn't warmed up well when I played the song at the end, so it doesn't sound at its best :-(

I hope this review is helpful for you if you're considering ocarinas :-)

I thank you ever so much for this review.

I was looking for an ocarina to get this christmas, and then I saw someone play the tracks to a certain game with one of these. I wanted to see the facts about the instruments, and you did such with great skill.

So, thanks again from a 14 year old metalhead who wants to learn the guitar, sitar, and Ocarina! XDD

That sounds sonice, i'll have to look into getting one of those doubles or focalinks...which one would you reccomend?

Both are great, but different.

I think the Maparam Double is a bit better (but it's also more expensive).

Compare the sounds of the Maparam Double and Focalink Double and see what u prefer

I would say look at it differently. If you really can't think of anything else, paint it a really weird color. Like dark blue, or yellow. That way, it won't look like an organ, more like a pallete of paint. XDD

I really like the 'human organ' look of the MapAram ocarinas. I love the sound, but their aesthetics make me queasy. Would you want to but some human innards in your mouth?!

Yeah, stl's are in an incovienient place....the ocarinas sound ok but i like the sound of these ones better
