The first time I saw a ship docked in N.Y.C. my mouth could have caught every fire fly that night because it made me feel so many things.Phoebe voice was as big as a ship! And when she sang it was like having tons of ice cream and never gaining an ounce!Her words were like a Bible and a Dictionary all in one.Her sound was like no others and she owned any and every song she sang her way.The Lady had class and brass wrapped in to a style I will never see the likes in my lifetime.God thanks !!!!!

I just wanted to ask where is something good?That is on that album too! I want it all the whole album so if you could post it up here I would be so Great full !!! Oh and just so you know Phoebe would have been 61 on July 17th this year.It was a miss print a long time about her on her age and it was never corrected.Phoebe Ann Laub was born on July 17th 1950.I will look for it!! thanks Barb...

@madcowoom I had her she was 58 on CNN. Some say 60. Either way she died way too you! RIP Phoebe who is now foreverwith and embracing her beautiful daughter Valerie!

Honey Phoebe was 60 .She was my Queen I loved everything she did.She was wronged by the music industry and that is a shame now it can all come out and it will so hold your hats But How can anyone not want to keep this voice happy no matter what.Knowing what she delt with.And even tho her life was her Daughter she still gave us a hell of a body of music.Rock away indeed Phoebe you are free to do just that now.I will miss you for the rest of my life Baby!!!She wrote this you guys!
