@jesspres011 Hey Jess what tablets are you on? I took Gapapentin(neurontin) and that helped a little also i took an antidepressant from the family of trycilic antidepresents, both of those helped a little but when i went to the day hospital rehab in boston the two things that i learned that helped me the most was to not stress or become upset if you stay pretty optimistic or positive it helps to keep your nerves calm and helps prevent flareups

@jesspres011one other important pain management thing i learned was to exercise, exercise, exercise i know it will hurt soo much you think you won't be able to go on but you can, the more you exercise the stronger your limb will get and for whatever reason exercising helps decrees the pain, i have a few friends that are now in no pain after learning these things at the pain clinic in boston, best of luck, feel free to message me whenever you want if you want to talk more.
